Project Description
The key objective was to conduct a tracer study to furnish insights into the effectiveness of skills training provided to disadvantaged groups, such as low-income youth, young men and women, individuals affected by gender-based violence, persons with disabilities, transgender individuals, and minority communities. The study sought to assess the extent to which this training has facilitated their access to employment or self-employment opportunities, thereby enabling them to secure their livelihoods and support their families.

Project Description
E&SED sourced out the project to Sarhad Rural Support Program (SRSP) for training 27,185 PTCs in 25 districts. Under this program, PTC members underwent a comprehensive four-day training program. The assessment was based on sample PTCs covering all 25 Districts of KPK, evaluating various areas of school management including community engagement, dropout retention, teaching quality, and resource management.

Project Description
Under the third Punjab Education Sector Program (PESP II), supported by the World Bank, this project conducted a comprehensive teacher motivation survey across Punjab. The study aimed to identify factors affecting teacher motivation and measure their impact within the current education system context.

Project Description
The project focused on third-party validation of data collected for annual schools census and private schools in Punjab. A total of 6,350 public schools and 6,743 private schools were selected across 14 districts for validation. The exercise aimed to introduce improved mechanisms for future data collection and rectify errors in previously collected data.

Project Description
Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) commissioned an impact assessment of their social welfare interventions in health, education, livelihoods, WASH, and infrastructure sectors. The assessment aimed to evaluate the human consequences and sustainability of development interventions over the past 10 years in the project areas, and to inform PPL's future social investment strategy for community uplift around Sui, Adhi, and Kandhkot fields.
