E&SED sourced out the project to Sarhad Rural Support Program (SRSP) for training 27,185 PTCs in 25 districts. Under this program, PTC members underwent a comprehensive four-day training program. The assessment was based on sample PTCs covering all 25 Districts of KPK, evaluating various areas of school management including community engagement, dropout retention, teaching quality, and resource management.

The assessment aimed to evaluate the human consequences and sustainability of development interventions over the past 10 years in the project areas, and to inform PPL's future social investment strategy for community uplift around Sui, Adhi, and Kandhkot fields.
