Syed Saad Ali Gillani
Head of Program Development
Syed Saad Ali Gillani is a recipient of Australia Awards Scholarship with a Master of Public Policy in Social Research Methods for Program/Policy Analysis and more than 12-year experience in social development sector. During the course of his professional career, he has worked in the functional area of evidence-based program development of advocacy and service delivery related interventions, in development and humanitarian assistance programs. He has hands-on experience of program planning & implementation including partnership management at policy and operational level in multiple thematic areas including WASH, food security and livelihoods, health, education, governance, youth development and social protection.
Madeeha Ali
HR & Administration Officer
Madeeha having MBA Degree in HR and over 14 years of experience in HR and Client Management. She has the experience of procurement process, Vendor selection and coordination for quote for RFPs. She has expertise of Bid recap process for different level approvals for new procurement, IT procurement and cost-effective purchased of different. She has command over preparing purchase orders, GRN, GDN and sap vouchers against invoicing, timely renewal of contracts and coordinating with vendors/regional legal team for SLA signoff on pan Pakistan basis.
Imtiaz Ayub
Monitoring Evaluation & Research Expert
Mr. Imtiaz Ayub has done M.Phil. In Social Sciences from Agriculture University Peshawar. He is a professional with a successful track record of 20 years and has experience working with USAID, DFAD, DAI, MEDA, and ICMC, etc. He possesses a very deep level of insights & hands on experience in the areas of, design, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation and reporting of the projects, conducted base line surveys, MIS development and data base management. He specializes in research, monitoring & evaluation, quality assurance, survey design & management, third-party research validation, designing and executing M&E systems, report writing, qualitative and quantitative research and DQA (data quality assessment).
Ms. Mahe Nau Haider
Research Specialist (M&E Gender/Human Rights/Inclusion)
Ms Mahe Nau Haider possesses a rich experience of 19 years and has worked in the areas of monitoring and evaluation, institutional/project assessments, community participation, operational research and human resource management. Her professional interest is in the areas of gender, local governance and human rights issues, community participation and environmental issues including community- based disaster risk management and resilience. She has experience in conducting project/programme and institutional reviews, assessments, social research and surveys as well as proposal and report writing.
Ms. Rehana Sheikh

Ms Rehana Shaikh specializes in public policy, Gender, monitoring and evaluation, poverty analysis, capacity building, training and facilitation, education, and management expert. Her public policy and management expert experience spread over 20 years in social sector development in Pakistan. She has done MSc in Public Policy and Management from Monash University, Australia and also holds a Master's degree in Rural Development. She has extensive work experience of monitoring and evaluation of programs and projects by using result-based framework with gender perspectives.

Shad Begum is a women's rights activist working for the economic and political empowerment of women and youth in Pakistan with focus on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Shad Begum has become a nationally and internationally known figure because of her determined struggle to improve the conditions of the marginalized segments, especially women, of her community. Begum is the founder and executive director of the nonprofit Association for Behavior & Knowledge Transformation (ABKT). She won the US Department of State's International Woman of Courage Award in 2012.

This experience extensively involved national health policy, health services planning, implementation, and monitoring & evaluation. As a Result-based Monitoring and Evaluation practitioner, Dr. Amjad has good understanding of research methodologies with high level of skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods used in community based research and monitoring and evaluation of national and regional level program. Extensive national and international experience in programme and project development, design, implementation, management (result based management and monitoring and evaluation), health and development sector information systems.
