With more than 16 years of expertise, Fazal has successfully managed and evaluated projects and programs in challenging contexts such as war and conflict zones, including NMDs and Baluchistan.

During the course of his professional career, he has worked in the functional area of evidence-based program development of advocacy and service delivery related interventions, in development and humanitarian assistance programs.
